Yes, the medium of instruction for this four-month course is Cantonese. It's a course intended for local Hong Kong people. This course "Certificate in Pastry and Bakery(QF level 2) is offered by the Vocational Technical Council(VTC) through its International Culinary Institute.

Part of the Course Description says: "...Acquire knowledge and skills to produce traditional and regional bread; artisan and international bread; gateaus, pastries, pies, tarts, cakes, mousse and custard desserts."

The Tuition Fee is HK$8,100.00 according to a staff at the International Culinary Institute when I called to ask about it on February 8, 2024. This excludes cost of uniform.
